This month we will be talking about our mommy’s in celebration of Mother’s Day! Without our wonderful moms, we wouldn’t be who we are today! Keep an eye out for projects we may have displayed in and around the classroom created by your little ones!
As the weather is getting warmer, please make sure you are checking your child’s cubby frequently. It is important to make sure your child has at least 2-3 changes of clothes for any accidents that may happen. Please ensure their spare clothing is also weather appropriate! It’s always a good idea to include a light jacket, hat, and sunscreen (for kiddos 6 months and older) in the case we go outside!
A few dates to remember:
Monday, May 4th – Start of teacher appreciation week! (Ends May 8th)
Tuesday, May 5th – Cinco de Mayo
Friday, May 8th – Early Closure at 4pm for monthly staff meeting/training (please arrange for your child to be picked up BY 4pm, as this is the time we are supposed to begin)
Sunday, May 10 – Mother’s Day!
Monday, May 25 -CLOSED ALL DAY for Memorial Day
