🌷🐨 Welcome to April Koalas! 🐨🌷

Spring is here, and we’re so excited to welcome the warmer weather and spend more time exploring outside! 🐝☀️🌼

This month, our little learners will be diving into the fascinating world of bugs and insects! We’ll be observing, talking about, and learning all about these tiny creatures that come out in the springtime. 🐞🦋🐛

We will also be focusing on color recognition through fun, hands-on activities, creative crafts, and playful learning experiences. 🎨🌈

In addition, we’ll be learning about emotions. Helping children recognize, express, and talk about how they feel through stories, games, and group discussions. 💛😊

As we celebrate Earth Day, we’ll introduce simple ways to care for our planet, like keeping our environment clean and appreciating nature around us. 🌎🌱

We can’t wait for a month full of discovery, creativity, and outdoor fun!

 We ask all parents to please take a moment to check your child’s belongings and classroom updates regularly.

📢 PLEASE CHECK CUBBIES
Cubbies should only contain:
• 1 blanket
• 1 stuffed animal
• Extra clothes
• Weather-appropriate items

Please take home all extra items and ensure everything is labeled with your child’s FIRST AND LAST NAME.

Blankets must be taken home every Friday and returned clean on Monday. 🧺

Please make sure your child has a hat that fits them properly. If you take the hat home, it must be returned the next day. We have a designated bucket in the classroom for hat storage.

📝 Whiteboard Reminders
Please check your child’s classroom whiteboard daily for important supply updates (diapers, wipes, sunscreen, etc.).

• Koala 2: Right as you enter
• Koala 1: Above sensory bins near the emergency exit
