Now that we see the light at the end of the tunnel in fighting the COVID-19, parents are sending their children to school and I just want to make sure we have teachers to care and educate them.
As of now, we have enough teachers for our current level of enrollment, but we need to hire up to five teachers on the infants and toddler side of the school in order to re-open the classrooms that have stay closed during the pandemic.
Rather than spending good money to advertise these jobs online, we would like first to enhance and extend our Employee Referral Program to both parents and teachers.
We are increasing the referral fee to $250 for each teacher hired based on your referral, $125 when the teacher worked here for one month and $125 when the teacher worked for 3 months.
