 Dear Parents and Guardians, We can’t believe it is already February! Here at Sunset Academy, we have had a great start to the new year. The children are having a blast, and it is especially nice they are able to get back to a normal outside schedule! As always if we cannot go outside due to the cold, the teachers constantly prepare fun activities for the kids to get their energy out! Closure dates:February 9th – The center will be closing at 4:00pm for our monthly staff meeting. Please arrange for your child to be picked up before 4:00pm. Thank you! Spanish classes: We have officially started our Spanish classes for the kids again! Our new teacher Ms. Lina has taken over this class and she already has so many fun and exciting things for the kiddos to do with her! The class will be provided for children in Pandas all the way up to black bears. Her class schedule will be posted on the bulletin board in the entry way along with more information about that class very soon! Announcements: – Please make sure you are supplying your child’s teachers with extra clothes that are weather appropriate – Everything you bring in with your child (water bottles, wipes, diaper creams, ext.) should be labeled with your kiddos first and last name. -Please continue to be vigilant about keeping your child home when they show any of the following symptoms.
