Kinder Bears Newsletter: March 2022

Dear Kinder Bears Families,
It is hard to believe that we are already in March! Time goes too fast!! Less than three
months to go until graduation!!!
Your student is fantastic and works very hard at school every single day. If you have any
questions or concerns about your student’s development/study or our curriculums,
please feel free to talk to us! We appreciate your efforts to help your child learn and
grow.
Important events in March:

  • National Read Across America Day: It is celebrated on March 2, the birthday of Dr.
    Seuss. It encourages kids to read wherever they are and celebrates the joy of reading.
    In honor of Dr. Seuss’s birthday on March 2nd, we will have “Dr. Seuss Spirit Week”
    during Monday February 28th – Friday March 4th. Each day will have a different theme
    that represents one of his books.
    Monday 02/28: “Sleep Book” — Wear your coziest pajamas.
    Tuesday 03/01: “Green Eggs and Hams” — Wear the color GREEN.
    Wednesday 03/02: “Wacky Wednesday” — Let’s get silly! Wear your clothes
    backwards, inside out, mismatched, or crazy hairs.
    Thursday 03/03: “The Cat in the Hat” — Wear your favorite hat or stripes.
    Friday 03/04: “Fox in Socks” — Wear silly socks or mismatched socks.
  • St. Patrick’s Day: St. Patrick’s Day is a global celebration of Irish culture that takes
    place on Thursday, March 17. We will learn and celebrate the culture on that day.
    Please have your child come to school in GREEN.
