Cubs Newsletter: December 2021

Baby, it’s cold outside! I feel like we’ve actually gotten a decent fall this year, with mixed weather and lots of falling leaves and no surprise snow! I hope you all enjoyed time with those you love over the long Thanksgiving weekend.

This month’s theme is “Holiday Traditions.” We will sing holiday songs, and do fingerplays about winter weather. We will try to make snowflakes and get to touch snow. We will also make a melted snowman!

As always, please check your child’s spare clothes to make sure they still fit your growing babe and are seasonally appropriate. It’s getting harder to take walks with the colder weather settling in, but we will still try to get out there as much as possible.

Dates To Remember:

Friday, December 10th we close at 4:00 p.m. for our monthly staff meeting and training.

Friday, December 24th, we are closed in observance of Christmas.

Friday, December 31st, we are closed in observance of New Year’s Day.

Stay safe, stay warm, and enjoy this upcoming holiday season.

Love,

Ms. Katie
