Cubs Newsletter: November 2024

Happy Match cubs families!

Spring is a approaching and with that being said we would like to remind parents to check their child’s cubbies and be sure your infant has at least 3 changes of weather appropriate clothing, we will be making our way outdoors as the weather gets warmer so also be sure your child has a light jacket to put on in case we go out.

Our monthly theme is nature and St. Patricks’s day. With that being said our activities and projects will be focused around those themes. We will be heading outdoors to take a look at the world around as well as doing fun sensory activities in the classroom involving nature. We will also read books and listen to music with nature as the theme. For St. Patrick’s day we will be decorating the classroom as well as doing fun art projects in celebration of the holiday. On St. Patrick’s day we will have a pajama party so be sure to dress your baby in their coziest and greenest outfit! As always our classroom activities will also include developmentally appropriate activities that keep our babies on track with hitting their monthly milestones. This month we will also be doing ASQ’s with the babies to see where they are at developmentally and we can do to help them improve. If you have any questions about what ASQ’s are or what we will be doing do not hesitate to ask as we will gladly answer any and all your questions!
