Hello Koala families, 

I cannot believe it is already July, this year is going by so quickly!🎆 This month we will be talking about bugs and camping. 🪲🐛🦗🐞🏕️. As the weather is getting hotter, please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for the day. A light sweater in their cubby is helpful for those cooler mornings—we don’t always have extras on hand. Please make sure you are applying sunscreen on your child before school as it is needed for morning outside play, we will reapply sunscreen as needed. Thank you to the parents who are already applying!

Also, a friendly reminder that some kiddos still need extra clothes in their cubby. Please make sure your child has a full spare set available in case of accidents or messy play. 

With the sunshine sticking around, bringing in a sun hat for your child is a great idea! Be sure it’s labeled so it doesn’t get lost. 🌞Please make sure to bring your child a LABELED water bottle everyday. We would like for our little ones to stay hydrated throughout the day.

The Koala class is excited to announce we will be starting up splash days again! 🎉🌊We will be having Splash days every Tuesday in the mornings so please bring your child in their swimsuit.

 What your child will need:

  • A towel

  • A wet bag for wet clothes 

  • Change of dry clothes

  • Swim diapers 

  • Sunscreen applied in the AM
